U2 agreed 12 an annual contract with Live nation kindist in principle (“agreement into principle”). Live nation kindist is already well-known by a contract with Madonna, who however from U2s contract differs. New albums of U2 are published further over Universal Music. Under the contract fall the production of concerts, production and sale of Merchandising, licenses in photos, enterprise of the web page and an on-line fan club. Bono says to it: “We’ve been dating for more over 20 years now, it’s about time incoming goods tied the knot. On the first view seems, since there were already preliminary agreements with U2 to refer the change first of all to U2s official web page and the Merchandising.
