Bono Vox, singer the Irish success volume U2 shocked the British radio listeners of the transmitter radio 1 (BBC). Before a U2 Live Gig on the roof BBC of the Broadcasting House in London gave it a Live to interviews with Radio1 DJ Jo Whiley. As a Coldplay song (Viva la Vida) in the radio ran, asked Jo Whiley, what Bono hold from Chris.

Bono: “I think Chris write good melodies, but it is a Wixer”. Shortly thereafter Bono explained to the shocked DJ and the listeners somewhat in more detail that “Chris was a bekloppter character, an idiot, but good melodies e.g. writes like Ray Davis, Noel Gallagher and Paul McCartney”.

Jo Whiley apologized thereupon with the spectators with the words “I apologize with the spectators the now straight listen for what they heard of Bono”.

Later on the embarrassing interview addressed explained Bono “I thinks Coldplay is great volume and Chris has a good soul. Apology for everything which I said, it should be funny and it was already late in the night”.

Still another one week were before U2 together with Coldplay on the stage in the framework was Child of concert after the Brit Awards awards.
