On drums, the man who gave us our first job, and the man who is never tired of reminding us of that fact, our quartermaster, our conscience, our thunder, our lightning, and when he smiles the sun comes out, Larry Mullen Jr. on the drums… Now I’ve only a few words to say about myself, but you may want to sit down. First off, let’s talk about my humility, and why I don’t seem to have any. Well all the reasons are in this place tonight, because when you put this band with this crowd, there is no room for modesty – anything is possible.
