U2 – Where The Streets Have No Name Bass Cover played on my Fender Jazz 1975 re-issue bass. Original bass line played by Adam Clayton. Not a hard bass line to play but pretty good fun, especially live with a full band.

man, awsome job, I wish you could over dub the bass on my video.
it’s 16ths. you’re doing eighths.
This is cool. You know, there’s a lot of chord changes in this song.

are sliding when you are switching notes???…I’m just curious because I’m trying to learn the song myself, so my band can play it
nice
It’s always been 16th notes, live and studio versions
I am pretty sure the recording is 16th notes. That’s the way my teacher taught it too.
hahaha I never thought if that. I have my onw U2 360 Claw. Not sure I can fit under it though
That baby toy in the background kinda looks like U2s new 360 stage lol!
Hey, thank you very much. When I’m not playing bass, I’m playing with my daughters toys
:)
Excellent job, dude. Great sound quality in the video, too. I like the baby toy in the background, nice touch. I’m a bass player with kids, too. =)
Hey, thank you very much. I agree also that it sounds better on a P-bass. I never had one at the time but I do now
really well done but i think the song sounds better on p-bass. Brilliantly covered though!
